The Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, December 14 to discuss the Housing Element Update from 6-8 pm. Please visit the City's Agenda Center for more information.

A Special Meeting of the Planning Commission was held to provide an opportunity for the public to give verbal feedback/comments on the draft Housing Element. These comments have been provided to the consultant for consideration to be incorporated into the draft Housing Element.

On Saturday May 21, 2022 the City of Belvedere hosted an in-person Open House at the Gazebo in Community Park. At the Open House attendees were able to engage in discussion with City Staff and consultants about the Sites Inventory process, the importance of equity, and other aspects of the Housing Element update.

Belvedere's Housing Element is a strategic plan for housing the City's present and future residents. A virtual workshop dedicated to the Housing Element process was held the evening of Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 5-7 PM.
