Address/Parcel # 56 Lagoon Rd (APN 6006101 through 6006108)
The Tiburon Dog Park along Tiburon Boulevard is a strip of land between the bike path and Lagoon Road that could provide opportunities for housing. The site is north of the tennis courts, which are not part of this potential site and would remain in place.

The City-owned Corp Yard currently has a building with some City offices and the parking lot is used for storing City-owned vehicles and providing some parking for the nearby tennis courts. The Corp Yard offices and City vehicle parking would need to be relocated if the site was sold for potential housing development.

Address/Parcel #: 1520 Tiburon Blvd (APN 6008259 and 6008260)
This larger site located at 1520 Tiburon Boulevard has several existing commercial buildings that are separated from residential properties along the back of the site by an existing service alley and some landscaping. If this site is chosen for potential housing, keeping and improving this landscape buffer between the residential properties would be prioritized.
